This Privacy Policy describes how Arsenal Careers Group, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with the Arsenal Careers website and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

The Platform is intended solely for individuals and businesses located within the United States. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

The Platform is not intended to be used for firearms sales, transfers, or transactions.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from Users, automatically through use of the Platform, and from service providers assisting in the operation of the Platform.

When you create an account, we collect information necessary to establish and maintain that account, including your name, email address, account role designation, and encrypted authentication credentials.

If you upload a resume or create a candidate profile, we collect and store the information you voluntarily provide. Such information may include employment history, educational background, professional qualifications, certifications, contact information including email address and telephone number, and any other personal or professional information included in uploaded documents. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to submit.

Employers may provide company-related information in connection with job postings, including business name, address, website, compensation details, and descriptive information about employment opportunities. The Company does not independently verify employer-submitted information.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. The Company does not store full credit card numbers or complete payment credentials. Payment information is handled in accordance with Stripe’s applicable privacy and security standards.

We also automatically collect certain technical information when users access the Platform. This may include Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, device characteristics, usage activity, access times, and system interaction data. This information is collected for security, operational integrity, and service improvement purposes.

3. Use of Information

The Company uses collected information for legitimate business purposes, including operating and maintaining the Platform, providing resume database access to subscribed Employers, facilitating job applications, processing subscription payments, responding to inquiries, improving system performance, enforcing contractual agreements, and complying with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

The Company may monitor account activity and usage patterns to enforce contractual restrictions and prevent unauthorized access to the resume database.

4. Resume Visibility and Employer Access

Candidates should understand that resumes uploaded to the Platform are searchable and viewable by Employers who maintain an active subscription. Employers may access and review resume contents, including contact information and any information voluntarily included by the Candidate.

By uploading a resume, you consent to such access by subscribed Employers. The Company does not guarantee that Employers will comply with applicable privacy or data protection laws in their handling of Candidate information. Once resume information is accessed by an Employer, the Company does not control or monitor how that Employer uses such information. The Company disclaims responsibility for Employer misuse of Candidate information.

Employer use of resume data is governed by the Resume Database License Agreement incorporated into the Company’s Terms of Service. Violations may result in termination of access.

5. Disclosure of Information

The Company may disclose personal information to service providers assisting with payment processing, hosting infrastructure, analytics, and technical operations.

We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or where necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all assets, or other corporate transaction, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Analytics and Cookies

The Company may use analytics services, including but not limited to Google Analytics, to better understand user behavior and improve Platform performance. These services may use cookies or similar technologies.

Users may adjust browser settings to limit or disable cookies; however, certain features of the Platform may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

Analytics data is used for operational and performance purposes and is not used to engage in behavioral advertising.

7. Data Retention

The Company retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain active accounts, provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

The Company implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
